1. Service Overview

The Garbage Goblins provides residential and commercial junk removal, cleanouts, recycling, donation pickup, and eco-conscious waste management solutions across the Greater Toronto Area.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

Furniture & Appliance Removal
Yard Waste, Construction Debris & Renovation Cleanup
Basement, Garage, Attic & Storage Cleanouts
Hoarding Cleanup, Estate Cleanouts, and More
Specialized Waste Handling (e.g., hazardous items, electronics, donation pickups)

We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe, restricted, or unapproved items.

2. Booking and Service Conditions

a. Scheduling

All services must be booked in advance via our website or phone. We offer same-day and scheduled pickups, subject to availability.

b. On-Site Estimates

Our team will provide a no-obligation quote upon arrival based on volume, weight, access, and disposal complexity.

c. Acceptance of Estimate

Service proceeds only after you approve the estimate. Once accepted, this forms a binding agreement for that service.

3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is upfront and based on the volume of junk removed.
Additional charges may apply for hazardous material handling, heavy lifting, or difficult access.
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Debit, E-transfer, and Cash.
Full payment is due immediately upon job completion unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
No-shows or on-site refusals after booking confirmation may be charged a service call fee.

5. Prohibited Items

The Garbage Goblins cannot remove:
Explosives or Ammunition
Biohazardous Waste
Asbestos-containing materials
Gasoline or Motor Oils
Pressurized Tanks (unless empty and certified safe)

If unsure about a specific item, contact us in advance.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We handle your property with care; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage.
You agree to clear access to junk removal zones and secure pets and valuables during service.
We are not liable for damages due to unsafe work conditions, inaccurate information, or customer negligence.

7. Eco-Friendly Practices

We strive to donate, recycle, or responsibly dispose of as much junk as possible. While we aim to be environmentally conscious, final decisions on sorting or landfill use are made based on practicality and municipal regulations.
